Return & Refund Policy

1. RETURN

Since the orders are specially produced to meet your requirements, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges or returns. 

2. DAMAGED/ MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS

At Unitees by Style Union, we maintain strict quality control measures to ensure that our products meet the highest standards before they leave our warehouse.

However, in the rare event that your product is damaged during shipment or is incorrect / missing, you must notify us via email within 72 hours of delivery, providing the order details, delivery address, and the required proof as listed below. Failure to do so will result in Nexon not being liable to accept the merchandise.

To process a claim, we require strong proof of damage, including:

  •  A complete video recording of the unpacking process.
  • Clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
  •  Images of the invoice(s) and product(s) for verification.

Criteria for Raising a Request:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags & invoices attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging along with garment sleeves/buttons/embellishments (if any)
  • No request will be considered if the product is used, has any

perfume/deodorant/detergent smell or makeup stains or any other marks or stains, worn, washed, stained, torn, original brand tags/price tags not intact or has been altered.

Once we receive the required proof, our team will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

3. WEAR & TEAR

Our products are crafted with premium materials, but natural aging and usage may lead to changes over time. The following conditions do not qualify as defects:

Fittings

  • Merchandise may lose its original fit and shine with regular use.
  • Factors such as machine washing, weather conditions, and rough handling can contribute to these changes.

Fabric

  • Our products feature hand-woven fabrics, natural dyes, and print variations, which may exhibit slight differences between batches.
  • Digitally printed fabrics/canvas may show slight variations in different patches or sections, which is a natural characteristic of the material.

These variations are inherent to the fabric’s nature and should not be considered defects.

4. REFUND

If your order is eligible for return in case of error on our part or delivery of defective product or cancellation of the order from our end due to any reason, we will issue a refund for that order/item, to your initial payment mode within 5-7 business days after the returned product has reached the Company’s warehouse, subject to the terms & conditions mentioned herein. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
