1.      PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMELINES

Delivery services include the time required for processing, printing, packaging, and shipping your order. Shipping speed is determined by both production lead time and the delivery partner’s timeline.

Production typically takes 12-14 business days, while shipping timelines vary:

•  Within Maharashtra: Approximately 3 business days

•  Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address, and are subject to availability of the product and approval of the design and sample. Delivery estimation date is applicable from the next business day from the date on which the order is placed.

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, we do not guarantee delivery dates and shall not be liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers, design/sample approval delays, unforeseen circumstances or other external factors beyond our control. Delivery timelines may possibly be delayed during festive period and shopping festivals.

2.      DELIVERY CHARGES

Please note that the delivery charges or any other fees paid is non- refundable.

3.      DELIVERY ADDRESS

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address provided during the checkout process is accurate and complete. We shall not be liable for any delays, mis deliveries, or undeliverable shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

4.      SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to impose restrictions on shipping to certain locations based on legal, regulatory, or operational considerations.
